Descrizione del ruolo Stiamo ricercando con urgenza un Product Specialist con esperienza su NICE Actimize, una delle piattaforme più diffuse e avanzate per la gestione dei rischi finanziari, dell’antiriciclaggio (AML) e della prevenzione delle frodi nel settore bancario e dei servizi finanziari. La risorsa lavorerà su iniziative in ambito MOT (Monitoraggio Operazioni Trasfrontaliere / Transaction Monitoring), garantendo supporto funzionale e tecnico alle attività del team. Responsabilità principali Configurazione, gestione e ottimizzazione dei moduli Actimize, in particolare legati al Transaction Monitoring Analisi requisiti, tuning dei modelli e supporto ai processi AML / Fraud Collaborazione con team tecnici e compliance per garantire soluzioni efficaci Supporto alla risoluzione di incident, testing e validazione funzionale Produzione documentazione tecnica e funzionale Requisiti Esperienza comprovata su NICE Actimize (es. IFM, SAM, Case Manager, RCM o moduli correlati) Conoscenza dei processi AML, compliance o fraud management Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese Capacità di lavorare in autonomia in modalità full remote Approccio proattivo, orientamento alle deadline e problem solving Competenze richieste Se vi interessa l'opportunità, condividetemi un vostro CV alla mail.
