Workday HCM Analyst

Permanent | Hybrid - Barcelona (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Compensation: €55,000 per annum

Key Requirements:
~2-3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
~ Strong expertise in Core HCM
~ Fluent Spanish and English
~ Strong communication skills with experience in a customer-facing environment

Preferred / Bonus Points:
Experience with Absence, Recruiting, Learning , or other Workday HCM modules
Previous Workday consultancy or partner background
Workday HCM certifications (current or previously held)
Experience supporting Workday in a multi-country environment

Responsibilities:
Act as the HR team’s Workday HCM specialist and primary point of contact
Provide day-to-day system support, maintenance, and enhancements
Configure and optimise Core HCM business processes
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Support testing, releases, and documentation
Drive continuous system and process improvements
Support future country and module rollouts
