This role is central to aligning technical execution with broader business priorities, driving innovation, fostering team growth, and continuously improving delivery processes and system performance.As the Director of Engineering, you'll manage architecture, development, and quality assurance across a distributed organization, spearhead technology standards, and ensure sustainable delivery practices are in place. This role involves close partnership with both product strategy and operational functions, including support and infrastructure.This is a hybrid leadership position requiring deep technical expertise and proven experience leading distributed teams at scale.
