We have more than 135 sales branches and more than 35 production centers around the world, in addition to strategically distributed logistics hubs that support our production and distribution centers.Our team is comprised of more than 7,000 employees motivated and skilled employees from over 45 countries.Mission:As a Salesforce Developer within our Salesforce Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our business requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Your responsibilities:Design, develop, and customise Salesforce applications and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows and other declarative tools.Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.Provide high level estimations for requirements with few details and document viable options.Collaborate with Product Owners and other team members to align on project goals and actively contribute to their successful realisation.Generate and update technical documentation.Adhere to established software quality standards as defined by technical leadership.Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:+3 years of development experience in Salesforce.Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must. Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications are desired.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.Experience with version control systems and continuous integration tools.Experience in Agile methodologies.Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and ETL tools.Excellent spoken and written English.Excellent communication skills with the capacity to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
