DENV is Daikin’s sales, R&D, and production headquarters for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa.Our IT Center EMEA counts 3 departments: IT Planning (PLAN), IT Development (BUILD) and IT Infrastructure (RUN). Within our IT Development department, we can distinguish 2 competence centres: Madrid and Ostend. You will be part of IT Development in Madrid. The IT Development department in Madrid consists of 50 people (internal & external) and an offshore team. The group is young and dynamic with a good team spirit and open communication structure. We implement innovative IT solutions for our 7500+ Daikin colleagues all over Europe & Middle East.We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Analyst specialized in SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and Authorizations.Our new colleague must be a strong presenter and facilitator of the business solutions that has as responsibility to obtain user acceptance by understanding and delivering the right strategic vision.Main Functions/Responsibilities:SAP GRC Administration:Administer and maintain SAP GRC modules, including: Access Control (Access Risk Management, Access request management, Emergency Access Management, UAR).BRF+ knowledge.Configure SAP GRC to monitor and enforce compliance with segregation of duties (SoD) and access control policies.Regularly review and update SAP GRC rulesets and configurations to align with evolving regulatory and business requirements.Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports from SAP GRC.Authorization Management:Design, implement, and manage role-based access controls within the SAP environment.Perform user provisioning and deprovisioning, ensuring appropriate access levels are granted based on job roles and responsibilities.Conduct periodic reviews of user access rights to ensure compliance with the principle of least privilege.Address and resolve authorization-related incidents and issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.Compliance and Risk Management:Conduct risk assessments related to SAP authorizations and access controls, identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities.Monitor and report on compliance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve the organization’s security posture.Collaborate with IT and business teams to remediate identified risks and improve authorization processes.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP GRC and authorization processes.Implement best practices for SAP GRC and authorization management, ensuring they align with organizational goals.Stay updated on the latest developments in SAP GRC and authorization technologies, applying new features and updates as needed.Training and Support:Provide training and support to end-users on SAP GRC and authorization processes.Develop and maintain documentation for SAP GRC configurations, authorization procedures, and best practices.Serve as the primary point of contact for authorization-related queries and support requests.Required Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.Relevant certifications in SAP GRC (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are highly desirable.3-5 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, and SAP authorization management.Proven experience with SAP GRC modules, particularly Access Control and Risk Management.Strong understanding of SAP security, roles, and authorizations.Main Skills Needed:Proficiency in SAP GRC configuration and administration.Expertise in SAP authorization concepts, including role design and user access management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Detail-oriented.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:Great work environment23 days of annual holidays + 86 hours of own affairs.Lunch Tickets (Pluxee- Sodexo).Health Insurance.Fruit at the office.Office very well connected (in C/Orense).Challenging projects and lots of learning possibilities.At Daikin, you get to work in a positive environment backed by trust, creativity, and continuous improvement.
