On‑Board Software Engineer - (9 month contract) - Remote EU - (25152) Full‑time Department: Software Development HE Space is a successful international space company. For 40 years, we have been supporting our customers with qualified experts in the field of engineering, science and administration. HE Space has joined forces with CS Group to lead the engineering and digital space market in Europe and to provide highly skilled consulting. You will help deliver solutions to satellite‑based systems that position and connect anyone and everything, everywhere, helping observe our planet, optimise its resources, and even assisting spacecraft in discovering the universe Functions Define and monitor the whole embedded SW development cycle Define SW specifications from system specifications Define SW architecture Identify, prioritise and assign the SW activities following Agile methodology Coordinate with other engineering teams such as system, HW, FW, validation… Lead the elaboration of technical documentation Participate in the SW development milestones with the customer Participate in bid proposals Qualifications Degree in software engineering, telecommunication engineering, industrial engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science, mathematics, or other similar technical discipline. Advanced degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience would be a plus.
