Etjca Group, filiale di Milano, sta selezionando per importante azienda di servizi Lifestyle di lusso, leader nel settore a livello mondiale e specializzata in Customer Service e Guest & Event Management, un-una Night Concierge & Client Services Agent PT, FULL REMOTE nei weekend. La risorsa supporterà il Team Corporate nello sviluppo e gestione delle richieste dei clienti corporate, a cui viene garantito un servizio 24 / 7. Responsabilità Presidire il servizio durante i fine settimana (due giorni a settimana), garantendo un'assistenza di alta qualità ai nostri clienti. Gestire in autonomia le attività notturne e le richieste concierge da parte dei clienti. Requisiti Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Ottime capacità organizzative, di gestione della clientela e di problem solving. Disponibilità a lavorare nei weekend: nello specifico nelle due notti tra il venerdì e il sabato e tra il sabato e la domenica. Intraprendenza ed orientamento al cliente. Esperienza nel settore hospitality o servizi di concierge. Offerta Full Smart Working: attività svolgibile integralmente da remoto una volta terminato il periodo di training di 2 settimane in presenza. Il training si svolgerà nelle ore diurne tra le 09:00 e le 18:00. Orari di lavoro: Venerdì notte dalle 23:00 alle 07:00 e Sabato notte dalle 23:00 alle 07:00. Assunzione part time con CCNL Terziario a tempo determinato di 6 mesi o 1 anno, con successiva possibilità di conversione a tempo indeterminato.
