ResponsibilitiesLeading a team of customer service professionals to meet and exceed targets Coaching, mentoring, and training team members to develop their skills and reach their full potential Taking ownership of inbound leads and converting prospects into long-term customers Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor Driving customer service excellence and setting the standard for the team Solving problems and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and client experience Creating a supportive and motivating team environment We offerBase salary of €22,000 gross/year + up to €3,000 gross/year in bonus Private medical insurance Full-time 39h/week Spanish contract: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 Fully paid training for the company and the products you will be working on A modern, centrally placed office in Barcelona QualificationsYou are bilingual or proficient in Italian plus Spanish, and fluent in English. You have extensive customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. You have experience leading and mentoring teams, and a passion for helping others grow. You are professional, organised, and able to manage both your own performance and the team’s. You are skilled in tracking KPIs, analysing performance, and driving continuous improvement. You have resilience, a competitive mindset, and a genuine desire to see your team succeed.
