Our main markets are France, Italy, Spain, and Greece. We have 21 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, Lyon, and Brest in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence, Bari, and Naples in Italy; Asturias and Bilbao in Spain; Athens in Greece; and Hamburg in Germany.

We are hiring an Operations Engineering Analyst who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

What you will do:

- Evaluate and develop improvement opportunities throughout the company that lead to benefits and generate value for Volotea, with a focus on Fuel.
- Contribute to the control and improvement of the main indicators of the Fuel Efficiency and Ops area in general.
- To carry out management and continuous improvement of Volotea's processes, controlling the operability of the Fuel Efficiency area and optimising it.
- Manage the relationship with external efficiency suppliers, as well as the implementation and continuous improvement of their projects in Volotea.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders for reporting of results and presentation of opportunities.
- Financial control and projections of the company's fuel consumption, as well as deviations versus budget.

What you will need:

- Aeronautical Management or Aerospacial Engineering background.
- 1-3 years experience within an Airline or Flight Operations department is needed.
- Demonstrated abilities in gathering information systematically, grasp complexities, perceive relationships between factors and root cause analysis.
- Goal oriented and proactive mindset.
- Proficient in MS Excel and programming tools.
- Excellent English skills.
