Calling all Customer Service Representatives We are searching for exceptional individuals who can be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional care. You will deal with questions from credit card holders and ensure the security and protection of credit card details.You will answer questions about for example:Secure payment methodsCredit card balanceHelp cardholders with any changes (e.g. Address change or limit change)Explain and help with solutions for payment – refusalsAnalyse possibly fraudulent transactions with cardholdersRequirementsYour profile:On this project, you need to be able to maintain security procedures around sensitive data.
