**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como **Enterprise Architect - Commercial Intelligence **, tu objetivo será la definición y ejecución de la estrategia de Inteligencia aplicada de los datos dentro del dominio de CRM y Marketing, con visión global y de reutilización de activos globales entre las diferentes geografías y bajo el modelo de One Transformation y One Santander Platform.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Definir blueprint con visión estratégica de nuestra plataforma, donde desarrollar y potenciar los modelos y explotación de los datos, dentro de CRM y Marketing, incluyendo la gestión comercial, el servicio postventa y el marketing one-to-one, con orientación multisegmento (particulares, SMEs, empresas) y todas las capacidades requeridas por negocio (ventas, originación, servicing, reclamaciones, transaccionalidad, etc).
- Definición del modelo de integración con la plataforma Global de Data del Grupo Santander, especialmente en el modelado de datos, modelos de machine learning y flujos de información.
- Idear los modelos de integración y relación con el resto de dominios dentro de la plataforma, especialmente con Canales, Seguridad, y Obsevabilidad.
- Establecer IT Stack objetivo para sustentar las capacidades requeridas.
- Comunicación de la estrategia definida a las distintas entidades del Grupo.
- Visión estratégica de evolución del dominio, forecast de nuevas capacidades o challenges que llegan al dominio.
- Visión de la situación as is del dominio en los diferentes países.
- Soporte a proyectos e iniciativas globales en el diseño y ejecución de los mismos.
- Soporte a los Solution Design en la validación de proyectos e iniciativas.

EXPERIENCIA
- Experiência de +10 años en equipos de arquitectura empresarial en el área de Datos o de CRM y Marketing. Se valorará experiência en arquitectura de canales, catálogo comercial, smart pricing y/o servicios de valor añadido para el cliente. También se valorará experiência en proyectos de integración internacional.
- Conocimientos avanzados del modelo de inteligencia comercial aplicada.

EDUCACIÓN
- Licenciado en grados de ingeniería, matemáticas o económicas.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Conocimiento tecnológico aplicable a su función: Tech Stack de Datos (AWS, Azure) y CRM y marketing (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Adobe) arquitectura de contact center y oficinas, arquitectura end-to-end de marketing personalizado.
- Conocimiento de las aplicaciones y soluciones As-Is de Grupo Santander en los diferentes entidades.
- Visión plataforma tecnológica y modelos relacionados (arquitectura de integración, modelo operativo asociado, implantación).
- Conocimiento técnico de las herramientas de modelado de datos, modelos de machine learning y repositorios de información.
- Visión sobre nuevas tecnologías (ie Inteligencia Artificial Generativa, NRT ) y modelos tecnológicos (Eventos, APIS,..) aplicables a su dominio.
- Alta capacidad de interlocución a alto nível en foros de decisión.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y presentación de ideas a la comunidad.
- Nível de Inglés alto escrito y hablado.
