The Opportunity We are launching an ambitious new venture in the Agentic AI space, and we're looking for a Co‑Founder & CTO to lead product & technology strategy and development from day one. Our vision is to make the legal industry 10× more efficient through AI. This is a unique opportunity to build a company with us from the ground up, backed by the resources, expertise, and network of Antai . As a co‑founder, you’ll be in the driver's seat—shaping the vision, setting the pace, and taking ownership. In return, we’ll back you with capital and provide hands‑on support across Product, Tech, Design, GTM, Legal, Talent, Finance, and Fundraising to accelerate your journey from 0 to 1. The legal industry is primed for AI‑driven disruption. Pain points are validated —we already have paid pilots running with top international law firms. Lead the build : architect state‑of‑the‑art applied AI agents that automate workflows and roles across the legal services lifecycle. Set the product & tech strategy and move fast with full autonomy. Own the upside : significant co‑founder equity. Co‑craft the technical North Star with the founding team and convert vision into an aggressive, value‑obsessed roadmap. Build hands‑on and ship code daily , leveraging the latest AI orchestration techniques (multi‑agent workflows, toolformer, dynamic RAG pipelines) and rock‑solid engineering practices (DDD, SOLID, ruthless automation) to deliver customer value at record speed. Recruit, coach, and scale a top‑1 % engineering guild spanning backend, frontend, data, and DevOps—shipping product that customers actually use every single week. Design high‑throughput data pipelines to improve our agents while guaranteeing security and compliance. Drive a culture of excellence through continuous delivery, rapid experimentation, and metrics‑driven improvement. Move fast, obsess over customer impact, and work tirelessly to turn an ambitious vision in reality. 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer Hands‑on builder. You prototype quickly and turn ideas into working features in days. Practical AI experience. You’ve built with modern LLM tools—agent orchestration, RAG, embeddings—and know what works in production. Curious and smart. You track new research and apply what’s useful. User‑value focus. You measure success by customer impact and time saved, not vanity metrics. Ownership mindset. You take responsibility for outcomes and think long‑term about product and company value. Bias for shipping. You pick simple solutions, automate routine tasks, and release early and often.
