As our business grows and our partners needs evolve, you will innovate by creating efficient and low-touch processes while keeping required flexibility.# Responsibilities* Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.* Standardize, optimize, and automate business processes using various tools and methodologies.* Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams (IT, RPA and Celonis) teams to develop sustainable solutions.* Implement changes and monitor their impact on business performance.* Provide support and training to business teams on new processes and tools.# # Knowledge, Skills and Experience* +5 years of experience in similar role, ideally in a pan European setup.* Strong understanding of BPM tools and optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.* Experience on Change Management on multi-function/country projects* Experience on Process Mining tools (e.g. Celonis) and on AI tools is a plus.* SAP knowledge (SAP ECC, HANA and Business Warehouse) is a plus.* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.* Ability to converse and write effectively in English.* Strong communication skills with different levels of stakeholders# # What We Offer* Hybrid work model with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home* We provide competitive compensation with regular annual salary reviews.* We provide comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid leave, retirement plans, and more.**Key Skills**Business Processes, Operations Improvement, Process Methodologies, SAP KnowledgeAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
