Email Marketing Analyst (Freelance Part-Time)Expanish is a company specializing in cultural immersion experiences in Spain and Argentina, focusing on learning Spanish. We value excellence, collaboration, and quality.OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Freelance Part-Time Email Marketing Analyst/Manager to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that engage our audiences and drive conversions. You will work with the marketing team to support student recruitment, retention, and brand awareness, with mastery of HubSpot as the core platform for managing campaigns, workflows, and reporting.ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.Segment audiences and manage contact lists for targeted communications.Create and optimize automated workflows, nurturing campaigns, and newsletters.Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable insights.Perform A/B testing to improve email effectiveness.Ensure all campaigns comply with GDPR and deliverability best practices.Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling copy and visuals.Report regularly on results, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.QualificationsProven experience in email marketing, preferably in education or services.Advanced knowledge of HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, reporting, segmentation) – mandatory.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics.Excellent copywriting and attention to detail.Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including automation and deliverability.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Fluency in English (spoken and written).Availability to work on a freelance, part-time basis.BenefitsFlexible freelance schedule (part-time).Opportunity to lead and optimize impactful campaigns in an international environment.Collaborative work environment within Spanish language teaching and cultural immersion.Professional development in a dynamic, results-driven marketing team.How To ApplyIf you have solid experience in email marketing, are passionate about data-driven campaigns, and are an advanced HubSpot user, please send your resume and cover letter through our application form. #J-18808-Ljbffr
