Overview Process Control Specialist/ Logistics Analyst, European Central Flow Team (ECFT) at Amazon. You will be the primary escalation point for warehouses and the crucial link between millions of daily orders and Amazon Associates to ensure seamless fulfilment operations. Responsibilities Master Amazon's proprietary flow management tools and processes to enable seamless FC operations. Innovate and implement metrics, conduct analyses to uncover optimization opportunities, and design scalable, standardized solutions. Cultivate cross-functional partnerships and translate complex concepts into accessible insights for stakeholders at all levels. Own and influence critical performance indicators, including customer promise attainment, flow planning adherence, and site KPIs. Teach peers and customers through knowledge-sharing initiatives; develop and deliver training programs to elevate capabilities and operational excellence. A day in the life Role – In the ECFT offices in Barcelona, optimize operations in Fulfilment Centres across Europe. Here’s what you can expect: Start of Shift: Handover, review network status, forecasted volumes and capacities, and events that may impact forecasts. On-site coordination with Fulfilment Centre teams to align priorities and review metrics. Throughout Your Shift: Collaborate with operations teams across Europe, create data-driven plans using in-house tools, adjust staffing to optimize workflow, and lead real-time decisions. We focus on capacity, risk, and workflow management, real-time responsiveness, and resource planning to keep customer promises and on-time deliveries. We combine data-driven metrics with frontline insights to drive innovations across FCs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Speak, write, and read fluently in English. Experience analyzing numerical data points. Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups. Preferred Qualifications Experience communicating complex concepts clearly to different audiences. Experience diagnosing problems and coordinating with diverse teams and data sources to implement solutions. Experience working independently and in remote teams.
