# Arquitecte/a Software Senior – Adjunt/a Team LeadFigueres, GironaDescripción del empleoFIgueres(modalitat híbrida) | Contracte indefinit | 40.000€ – 70.000€ S.B.A. Estem buscant un/a Arquitecte/a Software Senior amb experiència consolidada i visió estratègica que vulgui liderar la transició d’una arquitectura monolítica cap a un ecosistema modular, escalable i preparat per a integrar analítica avançada i intel·ligència artificial. Treballaràs en un equip col·laboratiu, innovador i en creixement, on el teu rol serà clau per a impulsar la direcció tècnica i donar forma al futur digital de l’organització. Dissenyar i definir la visió arquitectònica de les plataformes internes i establir el full de ruta de migració. Liderar i fer créixer un equip tècnic (6-7 persones), vetllant per la qualitat, seguretat i escalabilitat de les solucions. Impulsar el desenvolupament gestionat per demanda: prioritzar necessitats, optimitzar capacitats i reportar resultats clau. Coordinar-te amb stakeholders interns (CIO, CTO) i proveïdors externs quan sigui necessari. Promoure metodologies àgils i una cultura de millora contínua.Requisitos mínimos+7 anys d’experiència en entorns de desenvolupament i arquitectura software. Domini en .NET Core 8, C#, Entity Framework, APIs REST. Experiència amb API Gateway / API Management, Service Bus i CI/CD (DevOps). Coneixements sòlids en SQL Server (on-prem/cloud) i pràctiques de desenvolupament segur (Security by Design). Capacitat demostrada en gestió de capacitat i demanda. Es valorarà molt positivament: Experiència liderant equips tècnics i fent de mentor. Certificacions Azure Architect / DevOps (o equivalents).
