¿Cuáles serán tus retos? Gestionar completamente los aspectos operativos para garantizar un proceso fluido de order-to-cash para cuentas clave y filiales que requieran soporte. Liderar y supervisar la resolución de reclamaciones de Key Accounts, asegurando que el Contact Center pueda resolverlas. Monitorizar el rendimiento de las operaciones de order-to-cash con Key Accounts. Colaborar con los equipos internos para garantizar excelentes procesos operativos y comerciales. Experiencia 3 años de experiencia en gestión de pedidos en empresas de bienes de consumo de alta rotación (FMCG) o del sector farmacéutico. Experiencia en Customer Service Back Office o en el área de Supply Chain. Idiomas Español fluido y nivel intermedio-alto de inglés.
