Companies within the Amidi Group are Chemtex Global, AquaService, Plug and Play, etc. Position Administrative & Accounting Assistant Location Hybrid – Office located in Madrid, Spain. We are now looking for a motivated professional to join us and support the administrative and accounting area of the company. Key Responsibilities You will support the day-to-day administrative and financial operations, including: Processing and posting supplier invoices Support with general accounting Assistance with tax matters , mainly VAT Follow-up of payments and collections General administrative and office support tasks Collaboration in the implementation and daily use of Business Central Profile We Are Looking For Degree or studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar Strong interest in accounting and finance Good level of English (essential – international environment)Well-organized, responsible, and eager to learn Good knowledge of Excel (valuable)ERP knowledge (especially Business Central ) is a plus, but not required What We Offer Join xqbhyrx a growing company Hands-on learning in accounting, taxation, and business management Exposure to an international working environment Friendly and good working atmosphere Career development opportunities Stable contract and competitive conditions based on experience If you are looking to grow professionally in an international company where your work has real impact, we would love to hear from you.
