Nilfisk Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain Consumer E-Commerce Assistant We’re looking for a E-Commerce Assistant to help us grow and innovate across our online Consumer channels. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and make an impact. You will work from our office in Vallecas, Madrid a couple of days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely otherwise. Our main product lines are high‑pressure washers and vacuum cleaners sold to consumers predominantly in Europe. As a Consumer E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our online sales efforts across several European markets. You will work across different online sales channels and gain experience in several highly relevant fields of online sales. Responsibilities Manage and update online content for our Shopify webshop Support online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo Email marketing and more) Create and upload new products on Shopify, Amazon, and other online marketplaces Contribute to UX improvements across channels mentioned above Support customer care for the Italian market Translate and proofread content in Italian Collaborate with an international team on exciting projects Requirements Recently graduated or with some relevant experience Fluent in English and Italian – Spanish and other languages are a plus Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing Why Join Nilfisk?
