Job Summary5 years of experience in the role of Product Owner / Business Analyst in digital projects.• Technical background with experience in the development world ideally knowledge of APIs (being able to read and understand logs and review code).Language: English and Spanish• Knowledge of one or more banking products / processes (accounts, payments, cards, accounting, loans, deposits, contact center, wealth onboarding...).• Use of Jira and Confluence.Responsibilities• Functional definition of initiatives, epics, and user stories and manage their development and deliveries supporting the development team and working hand in hand with the team's Software Manager.Ensure that the team's planning is aligned with the priorities set in the project.• Taking requirements:Requirements planningEquipment sizingMonitoring of team developmentsPreparation, monitoring and validation of testingPackage requirements for uploads to Pre/Pro environmentsIncident managementInternal reporting and KPI monitoringThe Cognizant community:We are a high caliber team who appreciate and support one another.
