Then read on…Growth TeamThe Growth team acts as the powerhouse of the company, ensuring the immediate needs of the customers are swiftly met and the future ones are translated into a product roadmap and deliverable projects.Each member of the team combines a mix of programmatic, system engineering, and commercial skills with specific strengths.What will you be doing?You will ensure that the future mission opportunities are properly addressed through the appropriate process and structure, as well as providing analytics to improve the management, together with reporting on the overall pipeline status. This role will have 2 major functions: proposal management and pipeline analytics.Proposal Management:Proposal process from go/no-go until proposal submission, including proposal templates;Maintaining proposal template literature used for all proposals (e.g. background company information, WPDs, CVs);Large proposal management: manage and organise proposals with high administrative efforts, jointly with Mission Concept Engineers and other internal stakeholders.Pipeline Analytics:You will produce the analytics and summary of the company pipeline to support high-level team and company decision.What you need to be successfulAbility to organise, plan, structure and analyse data, specifically a pipeline of opportunities;Ability to organise and plan large proposal documentations and status, collaborating with internal stakeholders;Knowledge of proposal management of ESA, EU or national tenders of large values (millions to tens of millions);Demonstrates clear, concise communication skills, listening effectively, getting to the core of messages and responding appropriately;Keen interest in space.This is a hybrid role - sometimes you will need to be in the office every day, at other times, you may work remotely if you choose - the requirements fluctuate and you should be prepared and ready to support your colleagues in the office as the business needs.
