They will have an investigative mindset, able to gather insights from diverse sources to craft clear, compelling content that resonates with global audiences across various marketing channels.Key Responsibilities :Internal Communications : Develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure ClearCorrect’s vision, initiatives, and updates are effectively communicated to employees globally. Create content for internal newsletters, intranet updates, and leadership communications to foster alignment and engagement. Partner with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support internal campaigns and employee engagement activities.External Communications : Lead the creation and implementation of global external communication strategies, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with PR agencies to manage media relations and maintain a positive public image. Coordinate and execute communications related to product launches, marketing campaigns, and corporate announcements.Brand Messaging : Ensure consistency and accuracy of brand messaging across all touchpoints. Support the development of marketing collateral, digital content, and other promotional materials to align with global brand standards.Collaboration : Work closely with product marketing, education, and sales teams to align messaging with business objectives. Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize content and tailor communications strategies to different markets.Measurement & Reporting : Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
