TikTok Shop - Creator Management Operations TikTok Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain Responsibilities Grow and nurture creators through both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication. Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans to increase creators’ content production, compliance, and monetization on the eCommerce platform. Implement tiered management strategies (top-tier, mid-tier, long-tail creators) to maximize ROI and efficiency. Analyze creator performance data (engagement, conversion, ROI) and use insights to optimize traffic and campaign strategies. Organize online and offline activities to improve content quality and creators’ understanding of eCommerce policies. Coordinate with brands and sellers to facilitate creator-brand collaborations and partnerships. Manage cross-team communication to ensure smooth delivery of creator-related initiatives. Support all creator-related operational tasks when required. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong data & analytical skills; ability to interpret performance metrics and generate actionable insights. Proven ability to manage multiple creators/projects simultaneously and prioritize deliverables. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills; able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, Consulting & Market Research. Familiarity with paid advertising strategies and performance metrics. Experience in conflict resolution and long-term creator relationship management. Experience in planning/executing training programs, webinars, or workshops.
