Overview Ref: 581ASISW Title: Deputy Chief Executive Officer Location: Italy Salary: Attractive Date: 18th December 2025 Our client, a leading company in the design, production and installation of recycled wood cleaning systems and plants for the production of PB, MDF and OSB panels, is looking to support this growth and strengthen its executive leadership. We are seeking an experienced Deputy Chief Executive Officer to play a central role in the strategic and operational management of the business, pathway in place. Responsibilities Lead Instalmec’s business activities in drying technology (“Trocknungstechnik”) and gluing (“Beleimung”), with full accountability for performance and growth. Define and execute a robust strategic business plan to expand market share, revenue, and profitability. Provide oversight of operations, R&D, production, and business development, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Take full responsibility for P&L management, financial performance, budgeting, and cost control. Ensure the long-term profitability, sustainability, and financial health of the business. Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with key customers, particularly in core and strategic markets. Act as a senior representative of the company with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Work closely with the Board and shareholders on leadership development and succession planning. Qualifications Proven executive‑level experience in industrial manufacturing. Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken). Strong P&L management experience and ability to manage a mid‑sized company. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the business effectively.
