Gestiona una cartera de partners y ayúdales a aumentar sus ingresos.Como Partner Manager estarás gestionando una cartera de Partners de Odoo, además de estar involucrado en el desarrollo de negocio con clientes finales. Tendrás la oportunidad única de influir tanto en los clientes finales como en los Partners de Odoo.Nuestros socios son distribuidores, integradores de sistemas / ERP y empresas de TI de Europa y África que están incorporando Odoo a su cartera de soluciones. Como principal punto de contacto del Partner, les instruirás en las mejores prácticas relativas a su estrategia de negocio, metodología de implementación y know-how del producto, para que puedan hacer crecer su negocio Odoo.Además, estarás en contacto con una gran diversidad de clientes de muchas regiones. Harás de intermediario, ya que calificarás a los clientes finales y les harás demostraciones para poder emparejarlos con el socio más adecuado.RESPONSABILIDADESCapacitar a los socios de Odoo y entrenarlos en métodos efectivos para vender e implementar el software Odoo.Actuar como coach empresarial. Crear y aplicar procesos interfuncionales para socios y clientes con el fin de aumentar su eficacia operativa.Establecer relaciones win-win a largo plazo con su cartera de socios.Calificar a los clientes finales, convencerlos con demostraciones a medida y conectarlos con el socio adecuado para su proyecto Odoo.Negociar licencias y precios con socios y clientes y promover la propuesta de valor adecuada.PERFILMáster en Negocios o similar.Inglés (C1) y Español (C1-C2).De 1 a 4 años de experiencia en ventas de tecnología.Excelentes dotes de comunicación.Apasionado de las ventas, te gusta convencer, negociar y conseguir objetivos.
