We manage the Celonis Academy training platform and develop Celonis’ online and instructor-led training.Specifically, you will join the Product Online Training Team which creates training on Celonis products for various Celonis users (e.g. business user, analyst, data engineer). This team also has a particular focus on the enablement journey of Celonis’ customer and corporate partners, including training and certification programs.The Role:As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you work with various subject matter experts to conceptualize, design, create and maintain online training content on a large variety of topics. You use innovative learning technologies to do so, offering highly interactive and engaging learning experiences. As part of the Product Online team, your content will focus on enabling business users and process leads on using Celonis products across customer journeys.Example topics include getting started training to onboard business users to Celonis dashboards, to explaining advanced process intelligence features to power-users. With your training, our customers will be able to scale process intelligence as fast as Celonis has grownMore than 300,000 learners worldwide consume the content you create, predominantly Celonis corporate partners but also customers, academic partners and internal employees. Through the feedback channel with our learners, you will directly see the impact of your work.The work you’ll do:Design, write and develop engaging online training including hands-on exercises, qualification and certification examsBuild and manage Celonis case studiesManage your own projects independently including collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the rest of the Academy team and various stakeholders across CelonisManage your content in our Learning Management System (LMS)Collaborate with other departments, such as Product Management and Celonis Services, to discover enablement gaps, define the training roadmap and recruit SMEsTake the lead in representing the enablement needs of the partner audience, continuously on the lookout for opportunities to enhance our offeringPut the end-user/learner at the center of everything you doThe qualifications you need:7+ years of experience in the field of e-learning development, instructional design or a related fieldExperience working in a SaaS company on the product training and enablementExperience in storyboard scripting and working with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate) and learning management systemsStrong communication and writing skills in EnglishAn interest in AI and the game-changing business capabilities it offersCreative flair and a curiosity for new and innovative ways of doing thingsA talent and passion for breaking down and conveying complex topics in an intelligible way for different target audiencesAn enthusiasm for new challenges and thinking out of the boxA proactive and ownership-first mindsetWhat Celonis Can Offer You:The unique opportunity to work with industry-leading process mining technologyInvestment in your personal growth and skill development (clear career paths, internal mobility opportunities, L&D platform, mentorships, and more)Great compensation and benefits packages (equity (restricted stock units), life insurance, time off, generous leave for new parents from day one, and more).
