We are on a Perform and Transform journey creating additional value for Galderma in general and Procurement specifically.Your mission:Through category management, you deliver strategic stakeholder & supplier relationship management, build fit-for-purpose solutions enabling cost reduction and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, recommend & implement 1 to 3-years plan with clear KPIsFacilitates category policies in cooperation with stakeholdersDevelop a robust database of influencers and advocacy professionalsSpend Management & Demand expertiseNegotiate terms and conditions with influencers, agencies, and other stakeholdersInfluencing / Leading Global, Regional, Local procurement networkSupport business with internal audit for global suppliersCollaborate with marketing, communications, and product teamsDefine requirements, lead the process of identifying and selecting suppliersNegotiations with key suppliers & contracting leveraging global volumeLead business review process with strategic suppliers & review KPISkills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in business and/or ProcurementMarketing subject matter requiredPaid Media knowledge a mustUnderstanding the synergy of Paid, Earned & Owned MediaUnderstanding of MartechStrong know-how procuring KOLs, influencers servicesCommunication industry expertiseProven track record in managing contracts and negotiationsProficiency in English (written and oral)Compelling and persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsWhat we offer in returnYou will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion.
