Esta es tu oportunidad En Burns The Agency, estamos buscando un Influencer Marketing Trainee para que se una a nuestro equipo de marketing de influencers. Como parte de nuestro equipo, estarás involucrado en la ejecución y gestión de campañas con influencers, ayudando a crear contenido que conecte auténticamente con las audiencias y potencie las marcas con las que trabajamos. Tu rol en Burns Desarrollar, implementar y gestionar campañas de marketing con influencers, alineadas con los objetivos de las marcas de la agencia. Identificar y seleccionar influencers adecuados para cada campaña, asegurando que encajen con los valores y objetivos de la marca. Gestionar las relaciones con influencers, negociando tarifas, contratos y coordinando los entregables. Supervisar el rendimiento de las campañas, realizando seguimiento y análisis de KPIs clave (engagement, alcance, conversiones, etc.). Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos como cuentas y contenidos para asegurar el éxito de las campañas. Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias en marketing de influencers y redes sociales, proponiendo ideas innovadoras. Experiencias y Skills Más de un año de experiencia trabajando con influencer marketing. Persona apasionada por las redes sociales y el mundo de los influencers, con un buen conocimiento de las tendencias y figuras del momento en TikTok e Instagram. Experiencia en la gestión de campañas con influencers, desde el hunting y la negociación hasta la relación con representantes. Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación tanto escrita como verbal. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, pero también en equipo, con una mentalidad proactiva. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente y cumplir con los plazos establecidos.
