The Cooling Service Representative is responsible for providing professional on-site services for cooling products, including commissioning, technical analysis, and resolving customer issues. The role primarily focuses on complex and critical projects, including troubleshooting and on-site support for Cooling Equipment & Systems (air cooling, air- or water-cooled chillers, CRAC / CRAH units).
Core Activities- Perform startup and commissioning on all equipment across the entire cooling product range.
- Evaluate unit installation quality and system's operational conditions.
- Perform onsite adjustments to optimize unit performance.
- Identify root causes related to quality, software, or operational issues.
- Document, label, and manage defective parts for repair or disposal.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for cooling systems.
- Diploma / bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of commissioning or field service repair experience with HVAC or cooling equipment.
- Experience with precision cooling is an advantage.
- Experience with HVAC, generators, fire detection/suppression systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Acrobat.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 70% of the time.
- Permanent contract or freelance hourly rate negotiable.
