Optimize entitlement for change orders and claims to enhance project profitability. Drive key performance indicators, focusing on revenue growth, margin expansion, and cash flow improvement. Foster seamless collaboration across internal teams to ensure effective and efficient project execution. What we look for A distinguished career with 10+ years in Quantity Surveying or commercial management, showcasing your leadership capabilities. Demonstrated excellence in team management and development. RICS accredited or actively pursuing accreditation, reflecting your commitment to industry standards. In-depth understanding of Mechanical and Electrical environments is a significant advantage. Exceptional communication skills that enable you to convey intricate information clearly and persuasively. Proven track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment and achieving strategic objectives.
