Group Marketing Strategy & Innovation Lead Verisure is on the lookout for a talented, innovative, data‑driven, passionate Group Marketing Strategy & Innovation Lead to join our Group Digital team & report into the Group Digital & Growth Director. The Group Marketing Strategy & Innovation Lead will be responsible for integrating artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into digital marketing strategies and optimizing our paid media efforts across search, social media, and display thanks to AI solutions to drive incremental growth. Key Responsibilities The Group Marketing Strategy & Innovation Lead will be responsible for integrating artificial intelligence technologies into digital marketing strategies, and optimizing our paid media efforts across search, social media and display thanks to AI solutions to drive incremental growth. She/he will be a strategic partner and advisor to the Group Digital Marketing Team and will work closely with our local campaign managers across the 17 markets to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and ensure we’re investing efficiently to drive performance. Priorities will include: Supporting the Group Digital & Growth Director and the digital team on the implementation of AI‑driven digital marketing strategies & development of personalised digital marketing campaigns. Leveraging cutting‑edge AI marketing tools to create data‑driven campaigns that optimise reach and conversion across all digital platforms. Staying abreast of Artificial Intelligence trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscape to proactively recommend innovative initiatives with AI. Driving innovation through AI tools, trend analysis and performance insights. Keeping up to date with AI features changes and roll‑outs in platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, …) and industry benchmarks. Working closely with local digital marketing teams to ensure media spend pacing and ROI targets are met. Using strong analytical skills to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities within campaign data to inform optimisation strategies. Assisting in A/B testing, creative performance reviews and bid strategy evaluations. Closely working with the Group Digital & Growth Director on ad‑hoc assessments / presentations and deep‑dive analysis. Location Madrid or Paris Qualifications, Experiences, and Competencies We are looking for a high potential / top performer individual, proactive, solution‑oriented advisor focused on driving value to the business. Top tier education background with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, digital media, AI or a related field. Minimum 5 years of paid media experience across channels such as paid search, paid social, display or programmatic in an agency or for performance‑focused brands. Proven experience working closely with media buying, creative and analytics teams to optimise ad performance and conversion flows. Strong grasp of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and how to interpret them. Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, Excel or similar BI platforms. Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills. Motivated, proactive and eager to learn with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to handle challenges in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights. Significant experience in a multi‑cultural environment. Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills for working with global teams. Fluency in Spanish & English. A third European language would be a plus. Bonus: Advanced degrees, online courses or certifications in AI.
