Te enviaremos nuestras ofertas de empleo, todas las semanas. ❤️ Descripción del Puesto Desde la agencia Craft se ha lanzado una startup avanzada de Generative AI que opera dentro de una red global de producción de contenidos. Este nuevo nivel creativo une arte, storytelling e inteligencia artificial en flujos de trabajo optimizados. El objetivo es crear piezas GenAI listas para producción, pensadas para marcas que buscan innovación con propósito, comprometidas con el uso ético de los datos y procesos transparentes, donde la creatividad humana lidera y la IA es solo una herramienta. Responsabilidades Principales Operar flujos de trabajo de imágenes GenAI utilizando modelos como BFL’s Flux, Firefly y modelos internos. Redactar prompts avanzados y aplicar guías de estilo para obtener resultados coherentes y controlados. Realizar QA visual, selección y trabajo conjunto con Creative Directors para refinar la dirección estética. Contribuir a la biblioteca interna de prompts y compartir conocimiento sobre técnicas efectivas y matices de modelos. Adaptarse a brand guidelines, intención narrativa y lenguaje cinematográfico en la generación de imágenes. Colaborar con Producers para entregar assets en tiempo y forma conforme al pipeline. Perfil Deseado Experiencia comprobada con modelos de imágenes GenAI y fuerte criterio visual/fotográfico. Manejo experto de Comfy UI y otras plataformas cloud de GenAI. Conocimientos prácticos en creación y ajuste de flujos de trabajo para obtener resultados óptimos. Entendimiento de técnicas de entrenamiento, sesgos en modelos y cómo utilizarlos o evitarlos según objetivo. Familiaridad con iluminación cinematográfica, composición, lenguaje de lentes y estética. Experiencia en fotografía, retoque creativo, dirección de arte, postproducción, VFX o diseño. Capacidad de trabajo colaborativo y alta atención al detalle.
