Join our team today and embark on a new adventure The project As a Store Manager you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be representing the brand image and values from the front and have full responsibility of effectively managing the store operations and team. We are looking for a great manager who will lead the store to greater heights, be innovative and creative to support the mission. What Will The Role Entail Achieve store profit and loss targets by implementing profit opportunities and actions to maximize sell out Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service Monitor KPIs and teams performance by running reports and updating the District Manager on action plans Analyse commercial data and take appropriate actions to achieve KPI’s Assist with team trainings and share product knowledge Recruit and induct high caliber team members who also have a passion for all things denim What do we offer Discounts in our brands Comission system Opportunities for professional growth and development JOIN THE PVH TEAM #POWEROFPVH Requisitos You have experience in a similar position, ideally in the fashion sector. We are looking for people with excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of communication, a taste for challenge and a results-oriented culture. Your level of English or other languages as well as your experience will enable you to meet the expectations of our international clientele and to offer them a tailor-made service.
