Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Back Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming customer requests and orders with accuracy and efficiency
Verify orders against customer and purchase order agreements
Coordinate with warehouses, plants, and forwarders to manage shipment preparations
Ensure timely, accurate invoicing for each order
Address and resolve customer complaints, manage return shipments, and improve customer satisfaction
Provide support to our sales representatives to enhance customer service
Maintain, update, and organize customer files, records, and relevant internal documentation
