Buscamos un/a especialista en soporte técnico dentro del área que se encarga de garantizar la mejor experiencia de cliente en el uso de productos industriales avanzados.

La misión principal del puesto es dar soporte en incidencias críticas, colaborar con equipos de ingeniería y contribuir a la mejora continua de los productos y servicios. FuncionesDiseñar y modelar componentes y ensambles mecánicos en SolidWorks y Creo. Elaborar y gestionar planos técnicos de fabricación y montaje conforme a normas internacionales (ISO, ASME u otras aplicables). Realizar análisis de factibilidad, resistencia y optimización de diseño.

Colaborar con áreas de manufactura, calidad y proyectos para asegurar la correcta implementación de los diseños. Apoyar en la mejora continua de productos y procesos de diseño. Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica o afín.2+ años de experiencia en diseño mecánico. Dominio de SolidWorks y PTC Creo.

Conocimiento en GD&T (dimensionamiento y tolerancias geométricas). Experiencia en procesos de manufactura (maquinado, inyección de plásticos, sheet metal, soldadura, etc.). Manejo de ensambles complejos y gestión de configuraciones. Nivel alto de inglés (oral).
