Now, lets make sure youre a good fit for the role: Key Responsibilities Enhance team efficiency by driving initiatives and introducing new technologies, including practices like Cross Knowledge Training. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and make informed decisions on technology adoption, infrastructure, and cost impacts. Document and communicate infrastructure and design decisions to both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and accountability for projects. Must-have Skills 5+ years of iOS development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI. Familiar with data structure, system design, design patterns, API designs, MVPor MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps. Full stack background is a huge plus. Familiarity with cloud services, GraphQL, Firebase, etc is a plus. Have published two or more iOS apps. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies The ability to identify skilled engineers as we grow the team. Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Spanish. A positive disposition and a good attitude under pressure. Nice-to-have AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject.
