We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant to join the team in Málaga (on-site). In this role youll represent a leading fashion brand providing world-class support and helping customers with their orders products and services. Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels. Log all case details into the management system and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Maintain product and service knowledge related to the fashion brand you represent. Escalate potential issues to your mentor or team lead when needed. Follow all company processes and administrative procedures. What we're looking for We welcome motivated and service-minded people who enjoy helping others and working in an international environment. You're a great fit if you Are fluent or bilingual in Finnish with advanced English or Spanish. Have strong customer care and problem-solving skills. Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing. Are adaptable, proactive and able to take ownership of each case. Have basic IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office, internet configuration).
