Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a passion for product excellence and strong desire to lead a team that's at the heart of our technological transformation to lead our end-to-end platform unit deployment. Overseeing multiple strategic modules globally, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management, driving platform deployment’s success from inception to go-live. In this role, you'll shape and execute resource strategies across disciplines within your unit and share responsibility for outcomes in partnership with our Process Transformation team.

Your role will include:

Strategic oversight of platform modules to deliver global functions
Defining and manage the platform and product vision and strategy, based on stakeholder needs and market research.
Early Associates Internship Program created by IBM Spain to offer you a nice, special and useful first professional experience.
As an IBM Consulting intern, you will work with the latest technologies and collaborate with team members to create real impact for our clients and the greater world. You will have the opportunity to bring innovative ideas forward, put your transferable skills to work, and develop and learn new skills that will support your career growth.
During this internship period you will be part of the most exciting enterprise transformations from within. And you will have the opportunity to:

- Work alongside a global community of 6000+ interns and meet other IBMers during networking events, special team events and career development activities
- Grow your skills through a combination of education platforms, and receive career guidance from your manager, coach, and mentor to get everything you need to shape the start of your career
- Your will research, ideate, cocreate, prototype to implement disruptive ideas in an intellectually challenging, results oriented, client facing, dynamic and international environment, where everyone (junior or senior) is expected to actively contribute, innovate and take the lead.
- Participate on a HR transformation consulting project or initiative and experience first-hand how we help transform our clients business. You will advise top clients on their HR transformation and talent strategy, design brand new exployee experiences, reconfigure the way they operate, support them move towards new working models and help them throughout their digital transition journeys, supported by IBM's top exponential technologies and digital ecosystems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
This is an internship position, so no professional experience is required but interest for learning the latest technologies and HR will be a must.
This opportunity is fantastic for recent graduates or last year grade/postgrads students.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Must reside in Spain.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

- Master in Human Resources.
- Human resources skills.
- HR related experience.
- Experience in change management project.
- Experience in Talent consultancy (Big 4 / boutique / technological).
