AXS Access Management Pty Ltd is a leading WA scaffolding firm specializing in Hire, Labour, Design, and Fabrication. We are seeking a Civil Engineer to take on a key role in Contract Administration and technical Estimating. The Role This position manages the commercial and technical aspects of our projects. Responsibilities include: Prepare technical bids for supply, erection, and dismantle. Perform drawing take‑offs and estimating from structural/civil plans. Let and administer sub‑contracts and project budgets. Act as a technical point of contact for clients, site managers, and engineers. Conduct site visits to provide accurate, engineered access solutions. Civil Engineering Requirements A Degree in Civil Engineering is essential. Ability to analyse structural loads to ensure scaffolding designs integrate safely with host structures. Advanced ability to read and interpret complex Architectural, Structural, and Civil engineering drawings. Knowledge of Australian Standards (AS/NZS) related to structural integrity and site safety. Ability to produce professional engineering correspondence and clear project documentation. General Requirements Intermediate to advanced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Direct experience with AutoCAD and specialised construction estimating software is an advantage. Highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail and technical accuracy. Proven ability to prioritise tasks and deliver high‑quality outputs under strict tender and project deadlines. Good communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between various stakeholders. Training in stock control software, estimating and company procedure and policy will be provided.
