El rol Estamos buscando un Founding Full Stack Engineer – un candidato técnicamente excepcional con una sólida trayectoria académica, experiencia en empresas de primer nivel y una pasión por construir productos desde cero. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo fundador (antes de MIT, IBM Research, BCG Gamma y startups de IA), tendrás plena responsabilidad sobre tu trabajo y un impacto directo en el producto y la compañía. Target start date Enero 2026 (flexible y negociable) Responsibilities Build end-to-end features, from frontend components to backend services Design intuitive, responsive interfaces using React Develop high-performance APIs using Python and FastAPI Work on LLM-based workflows, prompt engineering, and AI integrations Deploy, monitor, and maintain production code in AWS Take technical decisions and own what you build Iterate quickly based on real user feedback Requirements Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Next.js Solid experience in Python, ideally using FastAPI Familiarity with PostgreSQL and async patterns (Redis or Supabase is a plus) Comfort with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps basics Product mindset: care as much about user experience as you do about clean code Nice to Have Experience working with LLMs and AI-powered features Knowledge of browser automation / headless browser tools Strong eye for UI/UX Experience in early-stage startups or 0-to-1 product development Strong academic performance and background in high-bar technical environments What They Offer Meaningful equity from day one High-impact, high-ownership role with full visibility Relocation to New York with full visa sponsorship and legal support Team culture built around technical talent, autonomy, and innovation Opportunity to build and scale a product from its earliest stage #J-18808-Ljbffr
