Overview We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our CRM Strategy team and act as a subject matter partner in shaping customer engagement approaches across complex ecosystems. This role is positioned as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, working closely with the CRM Lead while guiding a small, growing team. Responsibilities Support the CRM Lead in defining strategic CRM and lifecycle frameworks for key clients. Serve as a subject matter partner, contributing to positioning, segmentation logic, journey frameworks, personalization strategy, and CRM use case roadmapping. Engage directly with client stakeholders to shape strategic recommendations, leveraging both business understanding and CRM expertise. Provide thought leadership across CRM topics, from value mapping to process design and cross‑channel orchestration. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (tech, data, experience, delivery) to ensure strategies are realistic, scalable, and aligned with broader transformation initiatives. Guide and mentor junior team members with a focus on mindset, critical thinking, and client‑readiness. Requirements 5-6 years of experience in CRM strategy or digital customer engagement, with at least 2 in consulting. Strong strategic thinking and communication skills; able to connect marketing goals, data, technology, and process in a coherent vision. Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, etc.) from a strategic and functional point of view. Understanding of customer lifecycle models, CRM KPIs, channel planning and automation logic. Comfortable in client‑facing situations and experienced in presenting strategic content clearly and persuasively. Italian mother tongue and English fluent.
