OverviewProject Manager – Cyber Defense (Antimalware Program)Location: Madrid (Hybrid model, 2 days onsite per week)Relocation: Support available for candidates outside the EUAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to lead a strategic Cyber Defense initiative focused on evaluating and deploying next-generation antimalware solutions. The role requires end-to-end project management expertise, ensuring delivery On Time, On Scope, On Budget, while aligning with cybersecurity best practices.You will act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, managing governance, risk, and communication, and ensuring a smooth transfer of the service to Business as Usual (BAU) operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the antimalware program lifecycle, from planning to BAU transition.Define and maintain the project plan, communication plan, and governance framework.Organize and chair steering committees and project committees, preparing packs and minutes.Coordinate with technical experts, architects, procurement teams, vendors, and business entities.Present and deploy the solution across in-scope entities.Oversee documentation: ToR, risk logs, change logs, financials, KPIs, deliverables list, etc.Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring mitigation and escalation where needed.Deliver clear and structured updates to diverse stakeholders.Required SkillsFluent Spanish (spoken and written, corporate environment).Fluent English (technical and cybersecurity environment).Strong background in Project Management with certification (PMI, PMI-ACP, Prince2).Intermediate expertise in operating systems, networks, cloud, and integrations.Advanced proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint).Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and business information clearly.Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.Desired Skills (Plus)Background in Computer Science / Engineering.Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Certifications in ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma.Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM.Knowledge of French.BenefitsBe part of a strategic Cyber Defense program with international impact.Hybrid working model with flexibility (2 days onsite in Madrid).Exposure to cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies.Work closely with international experts, architects, and vendors.Career development opportunities in a multicultural environment.Relocation support available (VISA) for candidates outside the EU.Competitive Salary.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject Management and Information TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
