You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to translate business needs into robust, high-performance web applications. You will also collaborate on maintaining and optimising our AWS-based production infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture and development of high-impact frontend components, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with technical goals.Drive key technical decisions, particularly in areas of architecture, design patterns, and frontend best practices.Establish and enforce coding standards and testing practices across the frontend team.Conduct code reviews with a focus on quality, security, and maintainability.Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on technical challenges, best practices, and career growth.Share knowledge through regular workshops, documentation, and pair programming sessions.Partner with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and Backend Engineers to ensure project alignment and cohesive user experiences.Actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical discussions.Take full ownership of specific features or components, from development through deployment and maintenance.Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues within the frontend infrastructure.Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and methodologies, bringing innovative solutions to the team.Lead initiatives for improving frontend tooling, workflows, and productivity.
