RESPONSABILIDADES LABORALES/ROL- Diseñar, implementar y supervisar la estrategia DevOps del proyecto. Esto incluye pero no se limita a:Flujo de trabajo CI/CD (control de versiones e implementaciones automatizadas)Gestión de zona de pruebasDocumentar las liberacionesSupervisar el flujo de trabajo del desarrollador y garantizar que se realicen revisiones de código.Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con control de calidad, líderes técnicos, desarrolladores senior y arquitectos para garantizar la entrega fluida de los artefactos de construcción en entornos de Salesforce.Implementar scripts utilizando la API de metadatos de Salesforce y SFDX.Refinar las historias de usuarios técnicos según sea necesario, articular claramente la solución técnica necesaria para cumplir con un requisito específico.Apoyar al líder tecnológico para garantizar que se cumplan las mejores prácticas, brindando tutoría y comentarios sobre la revisión del código según sea necesario.Trabajar con líderes técnicos para crear documentos de diseño técnico, garantizando el cumplimiento de los patrones de diseño.Propiedad del flujo de trabajo de desarrollo para el equipo de desarrollo y capacidad para guiar y comunicar eficazmente el flujo de trabajo a los equipos de desarrollo.REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS- Conocimiento y experiencia con más de 7 años en desarrollo de Salesforce.- Amplia experiencia en tecnologías CI/CD, Git (control de versiones), Salesforce Metadata API, SFDX.- Experiencia en integración a gran escala utilizando SOAP, REST, Streaming (incluido Lightning Events) y API de metadatos, facilitando la conexión perfecta de Salesforce con otros sistemas.- Excelentes habilidades de documentación técnica.- Inglés alto.- Experiencia en la industria de servicios financieros.- Experiencia trabajando en metodologías ágiles y en cascada.- Habilidades del idioma español.️ OFRECEMOS- Formarás parte de un gran equipo de profesionales con inquietud y motivación por el desarrollo y la programación.- Trabajarás a jornada completa con un horario flexible bajo un modelo de trabajo 100% remoto.- 22 días de vacaciones + 2 de asuntos propios.- Formación por parte de la empresa para que puedas seguir desarrollándote y promocionar dentro del plan de carrera que existe para ti.- Podrás asistir a eventos y conferencias relevantes del sector.- Estabilidad y buen clima laboral.- Acceso a ventajas del grupo de empresa.- Retribución flexible y más beneficios.Somos una consultora digital, internacional y ágil.
