We are Cofrai , a B2B SaaS start-up in the equipment maintenance space . We have our first MVP ready and a growing base of clients already on-boarded. Recently, we closed our pre-seed round , giving us the momentum and resources to take our product to the next level. We have the opportunity to lead an entire market space, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to help us get there. To achieve this, we are seeking a Kotlin Android Developer who will work closely with our VP of Engineering to help us enhance and expand our mobile application. You'll play a key role in defining the technical direction of our Android app, ensuring seamless functionality, and making decisions that influence our product’s future. We’re a small team working in a highly collaborative environment, giving you the chance to have a real impact on every aspect of the business—from ideation to production. What you'll do (responsibilities) We’re looking for an experienced Kotlin developer who enjoys working in a cross-functional team to build and iterate on our Android app . Responsibilities in your first year with us: Develop and maintain our Android application using Kotlin . Work closely with the product team to implement features that enhance user experience. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code. Troubleshoot and debug app issues in a timely manner. Optimize app performance and ensure high-quality user interfaces. Collaborate on API integrations with backend engineers. What we're looking for (qualifications) You’re an experienced Android developer with expertise in Kotlin and Android SDK . We value learning and growth, so if you’re passionate about building quality products and solving real-world problems, we’d love to hear from you. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of professional experience in Android development using Kotlin . Strong knowledge of Android SDK and mobile development best practices. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment. Nice-to-have: Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
