* Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, broadening your experience and skillset within Human Capital Management.* Understand customer requirements to convert worker data for the Workday solution, with support from consultants on your team* Develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team* Understand and apply Workday and Strada methodologies* Contribute to Strada’s financial performance by delivering excellence and managing your work on several concurrent projects* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Clear and articulate oral and written communication skills* Ability to work and learn independently as well as on a team* Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies* Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines* Accept and adapt to change, and understand that change is constant and necessary to consistently excel* Desire to grow your career as a consultant* English Advanced* Experience with MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)* Experience with SQL favourableAs pioneers in payroll, human capital and financial management solutions, we blend leading-edge technology with human ingenuity to keep you moving forward.
