We conduct rigorous selection processes to support these values.We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer, expert in Siderurgy (steel factories), whose main responsibilities will include:Setting design criteria based on project specifications, regulations, and contractual requirements.Preparing and supervising electrical documentation such as calculations, technical studies, equipment requisitions, reports, and vendor drawings.Reporting to the project leader and assisting in workload management.Supporting inspections, tests, and trials during execution.Providing on-site support when necessary.Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.Collaborating with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to meet project goals.Contributing to departmental improvements, including lessons learned, procedures, and training needs.Skills/Qualifications:Education: University degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Experience: At least 10 years in conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering for large industrial projects; minimum 5 years in steel or metallurgical plants (electric arc furnaces, rolling mills, etc.).Knowledge of industrial electrical standards.Proficiency in technical English (minimum B2 level).We offer:Salary based on experience.Flexible schedule and 2 days remote work.Support for candidates with a disability certificate of 33% or higher.Multicultural, international, and dynamic environment.Please note: If you are not a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, a work permit may be required.
