The company owns 7 production facilities in Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, as well as a state-of-the-art coir & peat substrate blending facility in Spain and Israel. Pelemix coir is used worldwide as a growing media for various hydroponic-grown crops and various indoor and outdoor nurseries by professional and commercial growers. Pelemix uses modern technologies along with high-quality materials to produce different blends based on coir, including other materials such as high-quality peat. The company’s goal is to create the most advanced coir and coir & peat blend solutions for growers around the world, allowing our customers to achieve high yield, excellent quality, and high profitability.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the agriculture sector. As a B2B Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and managing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our agricultural products and services to businesses and industry partners. Your expertise in B2B marketing and in-depth knowledge of the agriculture industry will be crucial in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, webinars, and industry events to generate leads and drive customer engagement.Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant marketing content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, testimonials, promotional videos, and sales collateral, tailored to the needs of B2B customers in the agriculture industry.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and deliver data-driven recommendations.Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, industry partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and identify upselling opportunities.Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and touchpoints, reinforcing the company's reputation as a trusted and innovative player in the agriculture sector.Digital Marketing: Manage the company's digital presence, including website updates, SEO, PPC campaigns, and social media channels, to maximize online visibility and lead generation.Event Coordination: Coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events, ensuring a strong presence and delivering impactful presentations or demonstrations.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, website metrics, lead generation, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget to optimize ROI and ensure resources are allocated wisely across various marketing channels and activities.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field. A relevant Master's degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the agriculture or agribusiness industry. Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies with measurable results.Industry Knowledge (Advantage): A deep understanding of the agriculture sector, including its key players, market trends, challenges, and opportunities. Familiarity with agribusiness products and services is highly desirable.Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media management, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive marketing content and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and use insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve performance.Project Management: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and effectively coordinate cross-functional teams.Tech-savvy: Comfortable using various marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, content management systems, and marketing automation platforms.Creativity and Innovation: Proven track record of generating creative marketing ideas and innovative solutions to address business challenges in the B2B agriculture space.Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.Languages: High level of English, Spanish – advantage.This job description outlines the key responsibilities and qualifications for an experienced Marketing Coordinator in the B2B agriculture sector.
