If you think you're bold, ambitious, and not afraid to challenge yourself, let's talkWe are looking: We’re expanding our design team and looking for Performance Video Editor(Ads) who are passionate about branding, visual storytelling, and digital content creation. If you love crafting logos, building brand identities, designing and selecting visuals to bring articles and features to life - this role is for you.Get ready to: Createshort-form video adsand UGC-style content that feels native to social platforms. Turn scripts, ideas, or rough footage into compelling video content. Design and edit visual ads that drive performance across Meta and other paid channels. Ensurevisual consistencyacross various brands while staying creative with styles and formats. Collaborate with performance creatives and designers to bringdata-driven ideas to life Move fast, test often, anditerate based on performance insights. Track how your videos performusing metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion rate, and improve based on insights.We expect you to: Understand what makes content convert, and be comfortable working withbasic performance metrics(CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.) Be skilled invideo editing tools : Premiere Pro, After Effects (a big plus). Have experience creating content for paid social media campaigns, especially short, conversion-focused ads. Be comfortable editingUGC-style videos , motion graphics, or animation snippets. Be familiar withPhotoshopandFigmafor visual and ad asset support. Embrace feedback, experiment with new formats, and stay up to date withcreative trends. Be open to usingAI toolsas part of your workflow. Manage your time and projects independently, with a proactive, organized approach. Communicate clearly inEnglish.Salary The monthly fee is between1,400–2,500 EUR before taxes (gross). *Fee is negotiable depending on experience.Additional note: All interviews will be conducted in English. Location The job location is in Barcelona, Spain.
