If you want to know more about us go to GMV website.WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?We’re looking for a hands-on Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support the setup and coordination of Agile Release Trains as part of a broader Solution Train. In this role, you'll work closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to help them define and improve their roles, remove delivery blockers, and strengthen team performance.You’ll be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the Agile Release Train by driving the evolution of team practices, facilitating key ART events, managing cross-team alignment, and helping teams reflect, adapt, and deliver better over time.The Solution Train underway is intended to develop a Ground Control Segment for the monitoring and control of the 2nd Generation Satellites of the Galileo program, the Europe's Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), providing accurate positioning and timing information around the world.WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?We are looking for a experience Release Train engineer with the following requirements:SAFe certifications (e.g. SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe RTE, SAFe SPC, …).Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., aerospace, healthcare, finance).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to influence without authority and build trust across diverse teams.High emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Also it would be great if you had:Background in software development or systems engineering,Knowledge of the space environment and the Galileo program in particular.WHAT DO WE OFFER?
